Oren Digital LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Spillway for personal or internal business productivity, subject to these terms and any applicable App Store rules.

These terms govern your use of Spillway apps, websites, and subscription features provided by Oren Digital LLC.

You own your notes and are responsible for maintaining backups of your vaults, files, calendars, reminders, and devices. Spillway writes to files and services you configure; review settings before enabling sync or automation.
Spillway Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, sold only through the Mac App Store and billed to your Apple Account. It is offered monthly and yearly. A subscription renews automatically at the listed price for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. The price shown in the app at the time of purchase governs.
You can view, change, or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings; cancelling stops future renewals and Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policy — Oren Digital LLC cannot issue them directly. Local capture does not require a subscription.
Do not misuse Spillway, attempt to bypass subscription checks, reverse engineer services except where law allows, or use Spillway in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Spillway may include beta, preview, or experimental features. Features, providers, pricing, and availability may change. Oren Digital LLC may update these terms by posting a new version on this page.
Spillway works with Apple services for purchases, Reminders, and Calendar, with optional crash-reporting services if you enable them, and with the notes providers you configure. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.
Spillway is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law. Oren Digital LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or loss-free operation.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Oren Digital LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
You may stop using Spillway at any time. Oren Digital LLC may suspend or terminate access to paid services if required by law, payment failure, abuse, or violation of these terms. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
