Local capture to one destination is always free. Pro adds up to two locally connected Obsidian vaults per installation, Apple Reminders Copy/Sync, and meeting-aware capture, on Mac and iPhone.
Keep up to two locally connected Obsidian vaults per installation — on Mac or iPhone — and route captures to multiple named destination paths inside them, including calendar-based routing, without reconnecting folders. On iPhone, each connected vault requires Files access; Spillway has no other way to read or write your folder there.
Copy and sync linked tasks with Apple Reminders — it syncs when Spillway opens and when iOS grants background time, not continuously — and attach the meeting you are in to captures automatically. Calendar and Reminders access remain optional.
Pro is one subscription that unlocks the same features on Mac and iPhone: open Settings, go to Account, and choose Upgrade to Pro. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can change or cancel yours at any time in your Apple Account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals — Pro stays active until the period you have paid for ends.
Already subscribed on another device? Use Restore Purchases in Settings ▸ Account — a Pro purchase on Mac is recognized on iPhone and vice versa.
Nothing is deleted. Local capture continues in your active vault, additional saved vaults remain unchanged but locked, and reminders Spillway already created stay in Apple Reminders. Pro features resume if you subscribe again.
